Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of client projects and deliverables
  • Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance updates for clients
  • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and renewal discussions
  • Track account metrics and maintain accurate CRM documentation
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications and project status
  • Support contract management and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
