OVER TWO HIGH-ENERGY DAYS, YOU’LL: Collaborate with motivated accounting students from across the region Build lasting relationships and network with accounting professionals, firm leaders, and future colleagues Participate in team challenges, interactive presentations, and hands-on group learning sessions Contribute through a collaborative community service project that makes an impact while sharpening leadership skills By the end of Jumpstart 2026, you’ll have a fresh perspective on public accounting, a powerful network, and a clear vision of where your career could take you – possibly right into an internship with Blue & Co.
Requirements
- Rising sophomore, junior, or senior
- Accounting major on track to meet CPA requirements
- Minimum GPA 3.2
- Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular and volunteer activities
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis
Responsibilities
