About The Position

The Juice Bar Server at Mother’s Market & Kitchen delivers exceptional guest service while preparing fresh, organic juices, smoothies, bowls, and wellness beverages. This role supports Mother’s mission of inspiring healthy living by creating a welcoming, educational, and efficient juice bar experience while upholding the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and product quality. Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for health and wellness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous juice bar, café, or food service experience
• Knowledge of organic foods, supplements, or wellness trends
• Cash handling or POS experience
• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every guest
• Educate guests on juice, smoothie, and wellness offerings, including ingredients and benefits
• Accurately take orders and process transactions using the POS system
• Handle guest questions, feedback, and special requests with professionalism
• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, bowls, and specialty beverages according to Mother’s Market recipes and standards
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak business hours
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked juice bar at all times
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Monitor product freshness, rotation, and spoilage
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned
• Assist with stocking, prep work, and inventory rotation
• Uphold Mother’s Market values, policies, and procedures
