Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in a technical support, help desk, or junior systems administration role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, documentation practices, and basic networking is preferred.
- Associate's Degree or Technical Institute Degree/Certificate in Information Systems or related fields or equivalent work experience.
