About The Position

We’re looking for a Jr. Sous Chef to support and help lead a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen. This is a hands-on role—executing service, guiding the team, and ensuring consistent, high-quality food while supporting daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years kitchen experience (high-volume required)
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Banquet/catering experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support kitchen operations and lead prep team
  • Execute service while maintaining quality, consistency & speed
  • Monitor food costs, pars, and minimize waste
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily kitchen operations
