About The Position

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking a Jr. Shareholder Attorney, with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior insurance defense and trial is required. Experience in the areas of premise liability and construction insurance coverage and pre-suit highly desired. Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions. Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Requirements

• Stellar academic credentials
• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass—your unwavering commitment to exceptional client service
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Prior insurance defense and trial is required
• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
