Kubicki Draper is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our Complex Civil Litigation team in the Mobile, Alabama office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in General Liability and insurance defense. A Florida license is a plus! Requirements

Exceptional academic background with a J.D. degree
Demonstrated strength in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
Commitment to providing excellent client service
Strong organizational abilities with effective communication skills
Active member of the Alabama/ Florida Bar in good standing
3+ years of experience in General Liability and insurance defense

Nice To Haves

A Florida license

Responsibilities

Utilize MS Word, Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel proficiently
Draft, review, and manage essential pleadings and motions, and respond to discovery requests
Engage effectively with clients and colleagues
