About The Position

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20+ years’ experience delivering consulting staffing services to global technology leaders in the US is seeking a strong Junior Program Manager to work with our client, a tech giant.

This consultant will work remotely on projects within the client's Strategy & Program Management organization. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and strategy of integrating partner benefits into a new program and enhancing Managed Services practice maturity. Your primary focus will be on developing and evolving programmatic approaches to ensure outstanding partner experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proven experience in Project Coordinator/Project Manager roles, Program Management, Channel Partner Benefits & Incentives, tools, and processes.
• 2+ years of experience with Channel Partners (Managed Services Providers, non-transacting partners)
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Knowledge of global channel programs and operations
• Independent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail for effective program execution
• Proven ability to collaborate with global and cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for fully integrating partner benefits into a new program, ensuring a seamless partner transition, transparent benefit mapping, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Support the ongoing development of Managed Services Practice maturity from a program perspective. Engage with and assist MSPs throughout the application and onboarding processes and contribute to the development of collateral and communications.
• Drive the next phase of MS Practice Maturity (MSPM) evolution post-launch, focusing on feedback incorporation, stakeholder alignment, and process optimization.
• Own and drive key meetings by organizing schedules, preparing and distributing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
