About The Position

About the role The Junior Aviation Operations Analyst supports daily aviation operations by analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and assisting with performance tracking across stations and contracts. This role works closely with operations leadership, dispatch, and analytical teams to help monitor KPIs, labor usage, and SLA performance, while developing analytical and operational expertise in a fast‑paced aviation environment. What you’ll do Data Analysis & Reporting Support the development and maintenance of Excel‑based reports and Power BI dashboards, Tableau for operational metrics and SLAs Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting Validate data accuracy and resolve basic data issues Help identify trends, variances, and operational risks Workforce & Performance Support Assist in tracking labor hours versus the budget Support analysis of staffing levels, productivity, and overtime Help prepare operational summaries for management and station leaders Contract & Operational Monitoring Assist in maintaining contract performance scorecards Support the identification of underperforming stations or contracts Track follow‑ups and corrective action updates Systems & Tools Maintain and update operational data in Quickbase Support report automation and data standardization efforts Learn and follow established data governance and reporting standards Operational Collaboration Work with field operations and station management to understand workflows Support operational reviews and improvement initiatives Participate in process documentation and continuous improvement efforts What we are looking Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Aviation Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) 0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, aviation, logistics, or a related field Internship or co‑op experience in data or operations is a plus Experience Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis) Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI, Tableau Familiarity with Quickbase or similar database/workflow tools preferred Comfortable working with data and numbers Technical Skills Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn and take feedback Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to organize and prioritize tasks Success in this Role Accurate, timely reports and dashboards Improved visibility into operational performance Growing independence in analysis and reporting Strong collaboration with operations team Why you’ll enjoy joining our team Besides the great compensation package and culture that thrives on innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement, the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact in various industries is something we hope you find motivating. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Aviation Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, aviation, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis)
  • Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI, Tableau
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Internship or co‑op experience in data or operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with Quickbase or similar database/workflow tools preferred
