What You'll Do Design and deploy surveys using platforms like Alchemer, including questionnaire development, testing, and distribution. Support data collection for research projects such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews. Analyze survey and customer/attendee data using Excel, SQL, and basic statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends. Prepare data summaries, charts, and visualizations that support research findings and presentations. Assist with audience segmentation analyses and persona development based on research data. Conduct secondary research including competitor analysis, industry trend monitoring, and literature reviews. Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders. Maintain organized research documentation, data files, and project materials. Participate in project meetings and contribute data-driven insights. Learn and apply market research best practices under the guidance of senior team members. What We're Looking For
