About The Position

Drodex is seeking a Jr. Management Analyst to support a high op-tempo, high-visibility, and high-impact office within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This role provides administrative, analytical, and operational support to executive leadership within ASPR’s Immediate Office (IO). The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) is responsible for the nation’s public health preparedness and emergency response. Established in the wake of Hurricane Katrina under the Pandemic and All Hazards Preparedness Act, ASPR leads the nation in preventing, preparing for, and responding to public health emergencies and disasters. The Immediate Office (IO) serves as ASPR’s executive leadership program office. The Jr. Management Analyst will support business operations, communications, and coordination activities to help ensure leadership is equipped with accurate, timely, and well-organized information to drive decision-making. Location: Washington, DC Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Policy, Communications, or similar)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in administrative, operational, or program support roles
  • Experience supporting executive-level operations, meetings, or communications
  • Strong organizational and task management skills in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to business operations, including scheduling, task tracking, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing meeting materials, briefings, and read-ahead packets for senior leadership.
  • Compile, organize, and maintain operational data, program documentation, and meeting artifacts to support program execution.
  • Support the development of reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing materials by drafting content and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor project timelines, action items, and deliverables; provide status updates to Government leads to support timely execution.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, material distribution, and note-taking.
  • Review and edit correspondence, reports, and documents for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and alignment with agency priorities.
  • Draft emails, talking points, and other communications to support internal and external engagement.
  • Maintain and update tracking systems, databases, and shared repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
  • Support knowledge and records management by organizing files, maintaining version control, and ensuring accessibility of documents.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
  • Coordinate across contractor and Government teams to support daily operations and resolve routine issues.
  • Support ASPR’s internal correspondence control and document management processes.
  • Perform additional tasks related to business operations support as assigned within the scope of the contract.
