About The Position

GP Strategies Corporation has an opening for a Jr. Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator. This is a full-time, benefitted position and it’s 100% remote. SUMMARY: Provide data entry, administrative and service support to customers by transacting requests in the Learning Management System. Candidates ideally will have SumTotal experience for this role. Tasks performed by the LMS Administrator include the following: Learning Activity / Training Plan Management Create learning activities Modify learning activity properties Inactivate learning activities Training Assignment Assign and unassign learners Add and remove learning activities from assignment vehicles Inactivate Assignment Vehicles Catalog Management Add learning activities Maintain learning activities Delete learning activities Session Management Schedule class & sessions Instructor confirmation Location confirmation Cancel class/sessions Roster Management Manage waitlist Cancel student enrollment Substitute students Reschedule students Student registration (Student Registration, Batch Enrollment) Management of Automated Document Loader Solution Review and resolve errors Help desk ticket resolution and phone call support Assist with LMS reporting for Audit/Inspection support Reporting – Managed Reports, Customized Reports Evaluations/Surveys (MTM) – set up data entry, reporting Role Request Management Create and route Role Requests for LMS and reporting

Requirements

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects (multi-task) in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
  • Be able to perform repetitive tasks without making errors and with high attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change.
  • Must be highly customer service driven, team oriented and have a focus on business partnering skills.
  • Must be able to take direction well but must be able to work with limited supervision.
  • Must be able maintain confidentiality of personnel and business situations.
  • 2+ years work experience within a customer service field utilizing hands-on use of computers, data entry, Internet, and email
  • High school diploma required
