About The Position

The success of Fuse.Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Systems Engineer is a full-time employee and is a critical team member at Fuse.Cloud. In this role, the employee is responsible for IT-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the Customer Experience Manager.

Requirements

Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma) with concentration in Computer Science or Information Technology and Information Systems preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Thorough and self-sufficient
Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra
Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Automate, Kaseya)
Proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of mobile devices including Android and iOS
Proficient experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and related modules (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy)
Management of firewall-related needs including access and security policies
Highly proficient in networking (e.g., LAN, WAN, VLAN, etc)
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Microsoft Hyper-V and/or VMware)
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a customer-facing context
