About The Position

Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship division is seeking a Jr. Creative Strategist to support the development of brand strategies and creative briefs that connect brands to music fans in authentic and impactful ways. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about how insights and culture shape creative ideas, and eager to learn the strategy craft in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner with senior strategists and creative leads on research, insight gathering, and presentation development, while learning how to turn data and cultural trends into actionable ideas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, research, or strategy (internships count)
  • Strong curiosity about music, entertainment, culture, and the role brands play in these spaces
  • Ability to analyze information and communicate findings clearly
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative team environment
  • Passion for live music and creating meaningful fan experiences
  • Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Research audience behavior, cultural trends, and category landscapes for client briefs and pitches
  • Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources, including syndicated research tools
  • Help prepare strategic decks, audience profiles, and category overviews for client presentations and proposals
  • Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions, contributing ideas and insights that align with client objectives
  • Contribute to writing sections of creative briefs under guidance from senior strategists
  • Track competitive activity and emerging trends in music, entertainment, and marketing
  • Organize research findings, maintain shared insight resources, and keep project documentation up to date
  • Learn and apply Live Nation’s approach to connecting brands with music fans
