Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 2nd or 3rd year University Degree or College Diploma program in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication skills, including business writing, presentations, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build consensus, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally
- A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and contribute meaningfully to the team
- Ability to work independently on projects, with tight deadlines, under minimal supervision Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools is an asset
- Experience with SQL, Python, Java, or JavaScript; familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus
- Knowledge of design principles, data modeling, process modeling, wireframes, and prototyping
Responsibilities
- Design and implement internal productivity tools to enhance team effectiveness, including developing applications using programming languages like Python or JavaScript
- Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and visualization projects to improve data accuracy and provide actionable insights for senior management, leveraging tools like PowerBI and ChatGPT
- Analyze Client Services data to identify patterns and trends that inform service improvements or future product offerings
- Assist in maintaining and creating documentation on Confluence to ensure knowledge-sharing and process standardization across teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose data-driven solutions
- Partner closely with the development team to guide and prioritize assigned development initiatives
- Support the creation of training materials and user guides to drive efficiency and adoption of new tools
