Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field AND 2 years of accounting experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience with general ledger accounting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Financial Transactions: Prepare bank deposits, journal entries, and assist in month-end financial processes to ensure financial accuracy.
Grant Reporting: Support the preparation and submission of financial reports for grants and state contracts.
Account Reconciliation: Maintain the general ledger by reconciling accounts and ensuring timely financial reporting.
Inventory Accounting: Accurately track and manage inventory records.
Team Collaboration: Work with the finance team and other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
