The Jr. Account Program Manager at CMI Group in the Aerospace & Defense sector is a pivotal role that serves as the primary point of coordination between the customer and CMI's production facilities. This position is based in North Phoenix and requires on-site presence. The individual in this role will focus on three main objectives: achieving the account shipment plan, leading a successful customer performance program, and managing the contractual relationship with key customers. As a Junior Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving critical actions and functions associated with customer delivery, cost management, operational performance, and effective communication and planning. In this role, you will develop, implement, execute, and maintain organized data that aligns with all key customer deadlines and business objectives through our production systems. You will manage forecasts through a rolling 12-month outlook to meet customer needs regarding delivery, product quality, and overall satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholder teams to ensure excellent customer performance and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include participating in daily production and weekly SIOP meetings to provide data and guidance, monitoring customer backlog, managing a line of balance for part shipments, and partnering with Production Control to mitigate production constraints. You will also lead a successful customer performance program by managing customer performance scorecards and conducting monthly performance reviews. Additionally, you will oversee order entry and invoicing workflows, ensuring compliance with customer statements of work and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
