About The Position

Position at loanDepot Position Summary: Responsible for providing day to day support to Senior Account Managers by following up on orders to ensure they are received in a timely manner. Orders third party verifications, processes insurance changes, and administers verifications of employment. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day to day support for Senior Account Managers on various tasks, requiring the ability to manage a pipeline of requests while meeting deadlines.
• Works in paperless system to upload necessary documents and provides day-to-day support as needed by ordering 3rd party verifications, insurance changes, verifications of employment and loan document preparation and/or validation.
• Interacts with external parties (credit, employers, insurance companies) for loan fulfillment.
