Job Description: AriensCo is excited to be hiring a Journeyworker, Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Brillion, WI location! In this role, you’ll play a key part in installing, maintaining, and keeping our industrial machinery and equipment running at peak performance.

Requirements

  • Completion of a State Licensed Journeyworker Apprenticeship Program required
  • A minimum of 5 years professional experience preferred
  • Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot CNC equipment and equipment with PLC’s
  • Must be able to perform complex diagnostic, repair and preventive activities in at least two of the following categories: Electrical (facility or machinery) Complex hydraulic or pneumatic CNC machines CNC controllers Electronic repairs Complex mechanical HVAC knowledge
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
  • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs
  • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Dismantle machines
  • Move machinery and equipment
  • Assemble and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and tram rails
  • Align machines and equipment
  • Assemble machines, and bolts, welds, rivets, or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures
  • Repair and lubricate machines and equipment
  • Install robots and modifies its program
  • Installs / troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, and transformer according to National electrical code
  • Ensure machine safety requirements are in place and followed
  • Participate and train as needed with Machine TPM programs
