Requirements
- Journeyman-level technician experience (required)
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Ability to flag hours consistently
- Team-oriented and reliable
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are ideal
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
- Handle a mix of maintenance, repairs, and advanced diagnostics
- Work on engines, transmissions, electrical, suspension, and A/C systems
- Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
- Maintain productivity while delivering quality repairs
