About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for projects located in or around Vancouver, WA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $65/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance based on the vertical you are placed in (residential, commercial, or service) Troubleshoot plumbing systems and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations Provide excellent customer service when handling service calls and residential plumbing needs Maintain all plumbing tools and equipment and ensure safe usage at all times Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete plumbing tasks accurately Ensure the highest level of safety, efficiency, and quality in every job Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Must have Journeyman Plumbing License in Washington or Oregon (or the ability to obtain one if relocating)
4+ years of hands-on experience in plumbing, with the majority spent in commercial, residential, or service plumbing work, depending on your area of expertise
Ability to read blueprints and schematics, and troubleshoot complex plumbing systems
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service abilities, especially for service calls
Must be insurable for service job assignments
Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A strong focus on safety and quality control in all aspects of work
