Requirements
- Valid Arkansas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Required)
- Valid Arkansas Driver’s License
- Strong knowledge of Arkansas plumbing and gas codes
- Experience in commercial & residential underground slab work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficiency with technology (iPad, mobile apps, service software)
- Strong communication, decision-making, and customer service skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation and personal tools
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls
- Read blueprints and specs to plan layouts
- Perform commercial and residential underground slab work
- Complete work orders efficiently using our service platform (FieldPulse)
- Mentor apprentices and uphold Mac Mechanical’s standards of quality
- Ensure workplace and job site safety at all times
- Respond to emergency calls as needed
