About The Position

At AeroFlow Technologies, we design and manufacture complex tubing and duct assemblies using high-performance materials engineered to perform under extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical environments. Our components are trusted in some of the world’s most demanding applications, from commercial aircraft to advanced military aircraft. The Maintenance Machinist is responsible for the end-to-end maintenance, repair and creation of new equipment and systems, supporting our Kirkland manufacturing facility. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ What will you be doing as a Journeyman Maintenance Machinist You will be a critical member of the Maintenance Team that keep Western Pneumatic Tube operating. Doing so includes: Maintenance of Equipment and Production Systems Troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems Precision and Non-Precision Machining Forecasting parts needs Participating in a Yearly Maintenance Shutdown

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Equipment and Production Systems
  • Troubleshooting of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems
  • Precision and Non-Precision Machining
  • Forecasting parts needs
  • Participating in a Yearly Maintenance Shutdown
  • Safely Operate Machine Tools to Fabricate Equipment Parts.
  • Set Up Jobs for Efficient Manufacture of Parts and Tools to close tolerances and limits.
  • Select/Set Tooling, Feeds and Speeds, and Efficient Order-Of-Operation Sequences
  • Skillfully Perform Maintenance, Assembly, and Installations
  • Skillfully Inspect Parts and Materials
  • Inspect Machinery for Needed Repairs
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Area
  • Comply with Applicable Safety Standards and Regulations
  • Performs other Related Duties as Assigned
