Job Summary The Electrical Journeyman – Industrial is responsible for performing high-quality electrical field work while supporting overall project efficiency and effectiveness. This role reports directly to the Field Foreman. We are specifically seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in water and wastewater facilities.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 4 years documented work in electrical industrial construction. We are specifically looking for water/wastewater experience.
  • Supervise a Journeyman and crew up to 6 employees.
  • Have an excellent understanding of the electrical industry
  • Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanship
  • Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development
  • Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius

Responsibilities

  • Build your own skills by training apprentices to be the best in the business
  • Work on a wide range of projects like data centers, water processing plants, casinos, resi-mercial high rises, pharmaceutical plants, and many others
  • Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you lay out and organize tasks for apprentices, use formulas to determine pipe fill, device and panel size, plan and handle materials required for the job, and many other tasks
