About The Position

Sabre Systems is seeking a Journeyman Engineer to support the Airborne Electronic Attack Systems Program Office (PMA-234) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. PMA-234 is responsible for acquiring, delivering, and sustaining Airborne Electronic Attack systems and providing combatant commanders with Electronic Warfare capabilities that critically enable operational mission success. The selected candidate will be a part of the PMA-234 Advanced Development Team.

Requirements

• Technical or Scientific BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university
• At least three (3) years of recent and relevant experience in a position related to the labor category description is required.
• Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required.
• Active Top Secret required
• Must be a US Citizen

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team.
• Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems.
• Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
• Applies systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management.
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems.
