About The Position

The Journeyman Admin Support provides administrative assistance across MARCENT HR, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in managing personnel documentation and clerical workflows. This includes drafting, processing, and tracking official awards, correspondence, and service records, maintaining personnel files, and providing clerical support to HR functions. The role ensures MARCENT HR processes remain organized and responsive to operational requirements. THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 3–5 years administrative support experience, preferably personnel-focused.
  • Secret clearance required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate files and records.
  • Attention to detail in drafting and processing personnel documentation.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills for interacting with MARCENT personnel.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
  • Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card.
