About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Client Support Admin to join our dynamic team. Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of admin support or retail customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer-service instincts.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar coordination.
  • Maintain records, organize documentation, and prepare standard office materials.
  • Manage daily mail, shipping, and supply ordering.
  • Support overall office logistics to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist clients with basic inquiries and direct them to the correct internal contact.
  • Demonstrate a customer-first mindset and represent the company with professionalism.
  • Work closely with insurance agents, leadership, and support staff on day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate with management during periods of staff transition and support business continuity.
