About The Position
Generator Supercenter is hiring! We are the largest Generac Residential/Light Commercial Generator Sales and Service Company in North America. Generator Supercenter is looking to hire a full time Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team in our new location in Orange County to install home standby generators. Requirements
- Possess a Electricians certification from the State of California
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
- Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Willing to put the work in to advance career by showing up on time, leaving when work is complete and love what you are doing.
Nice To Haves
- GENERATOR EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED WE WILL TRAIN.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair generators.
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Assist in load-testing generator packages
- Assist in other phases of preparation and setting of power generation equipment and products such as trenching, piping, mechanical components, and civil assembly for setting power generation packages
- Perform routine maintenance
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
- Be a Player - Coach in the office and in the field
