We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Houston, or Dallas. Why Join Our Team? Ability to supervise APPs Elite Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months, followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential. Supervision is paid at $1,000 per month per supervisee. Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with employer match, health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability coverage. Paid CME hours and stipend. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage and generous PTO. Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO).
• Active Texas Medical License and DEA.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
