We are looking for a Journey Level Saw Filer to join our team in Randle, WA. G eneral Saw Filer duties include; maintaining saws and saw machine centers in a safe and efficient manner. Must have the knowledge/skills to be able to identify and troubleshoot potential problems with saw preparation, maintenance, performance, and demonstrate the ability to correct them. Work schedule: Days Monday - Thursday (flexible as needed). Overtime is expected. Wage: $30.56- $38.19 per hour ($63,564 - $79,435 per year before any shift differentials, overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site's target goals.
