This role is responsible for tracking multiple education programs, supporting reporting requirements, and serving as a day-to-day point of contact for select joint provider partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position with no travel required. This position offers a starting rate of $50,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, coordinator, or operations support experience (healthcare education/CME experience is preferred)
  • Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas, organizing datasets; pivot tables a plus), SharePoint and WordPress
  • Experience using task/project management tools (Asana preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong written communication skills and professional email etiquette
  • Reliable follow-through and ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with continuing education (CME/CE), ACCME, or Joint Providership workflows
  • Experience with ACCME PARS or similar reporting systems
  • Experience working with external clients/partners in a service-oriented role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the daily administrative contact for assigned joint provider partners, supporting timelines, documentation, and routine program needs
  • Track multiple CME/CE activities simultaneously using Asana and internal tools
  • Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and reporting documents in Excel
  • Support ACCME PARS reporting by entering learner/activity data and ensuring submissions are complete and accurate
  • Coordinate collection of required documentation from joint providers (e.g., disclosures, evaluations, attendance/learner data, outcomes documentation, etc.)
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to keep programs on track
  • Assist with internal file organization and version control for program materials
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and external partners via email and virtual meetings
  • Attend and engage in all activity huddles
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth execution of joint providership programs
