Joint Fires Observer, Integrator, and Trainer The Opportunity: As a trainer, you’re passionate about developing differentiated instruction and delivering it in exciting ways. You know that learning styles vary, and you thrive in helping people grasp new information. Bring your passion for developing and delivering a group of training programs to our team. As a trainer on our team, you’ll help provide Joint Fires Observer qualification, certification, and sustainment training and instruction for the Army through training courses, gaming, and classroom instruction. You’ll expand your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. In this role, you will be armed with the resources you need to excel. Be empowered to tap into your creative thinking, influencing, technology, intuition, and leadership skills to help develop, manage, and deliver training using the Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Design Thinking, ADDIE model, and Merrill’s Principles of Instruction process to train unit fire support leaders on air to ground integration and Close Air Support operations. Use gaming and simulation solutions during Joint Fires training events, mission planning, and key leader rehearsals to aid in cultivating a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement.
