Requirements

• Ability to use special tools and follow technical manual procedures
• Ability to learn and use computer-based systems and software programs
• High School diploma or equivalency
• Standard Toolbox required, specialized tools provided by company
• Must be willing to download company apps on your personal phone

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of tractors or construction equipment is considered a plus, but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere and other brands of Ag and Turf equipment, and STIHL handheld equipment
• Perform setup and pre-delivery preparation of new equipment
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere products and competitive products
• Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion
• Complete reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignment
