This position centers around scheduling the appropriate personnel on the right jobs, optimizing resource allocation and eliminating wasteful time loss on projects while coordinating between our staff and our Clients. California Closets provides an exceptional experience for their Clients and wants the same for their Team Members. Having the proper amount of time booked for each job will ensure our Installers and Designers meet our Client's expectations. This also ensures we have the right person on the job to match their skills. This role requires someone with assertive personality (NOT Aggressive!) to coordinate paperwork needed and drive urgency in solving problems. Our ideal candidate would have past service scheduling experience along with purchasing or inventory interactions. A high degree of competence in computer software/technology and problem solving with a calm and confident approach in talking with Clients to give comfort in stressful situations.
