Under the supervision of the Open Placement Manager, the Placement & Retention Specialist will provide comprehensive case management, including intake, job readiness training, job leads, arrange interviews, and job placement and retention services to clients enrolled in the Open Placement Program. Additionally, this position will develop relationships with area employers and agencies to increase opportunities for clients to gain and maintain employment, and also be responsible for executing the monthly retention reporting.
