About The Position

Litehouse Foods is seeking a motivated Job Instruction Mentor to support frontline employee training by coaching leaders and operators on standardized work using Job Instruction (JI) methods. This role ensures consistent training delivery, safe work practices, and reliable job performance. The Job Instruction Mentor helps build a strong training culture that improves quality, safety, and productivity.
What You'll Do

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, training, or continuous improvement
• Working knowledge of Job Instruction (JI), TWI, or standardized work concepts
• Ability to coach and influence frontline leaders and operators without formal authority
• Strong observation, communication, and feedback skills
• Understanding of manufacturing safety, quality, and operational standards

Responsibilities

• Coach supervisors and trainers on Job Instruction (JI), TWI principles, and standardized work
• Develop, update, and maintain Job Instruction breakdowns for critical processes
• Observe on-the-job training and provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback
• Validate training effectiveness through skill assessments and performance observation
• Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements through effective training practices
• Promote continuous improvement in training methods, documentation, and execution
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team success.
