About The Position

InteriorWorx Countertops is a countertop fabricator with over 25 years of service throughout the Valley. We are seeking an experienced full-time Job Coordinator to join our team. The Job Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring projects move forward on schedule. This position focuses on organization, timeline management, and consistent communication with superintendents, contractors, homeowners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and skilled at keeping multiple jobs organized simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with email, Excel, and basic office software
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or project coordination preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track multiple countertop fabrication and installation projects from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate job schedules and ensure timelines are met
  • Communicate regularly with superintendents, contractors, and homeowners regarding job status, scheduling, and updates
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks, approvals, measurements, and installation dates
  • Ensure all job details, specifications, and documents are organized and up to date
  • Identify scheduling conflicts or delays and proactively communicate solutions
  • Maintain clear records of job progress, communications, and scheduling changes
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication at all stages of the project
