Requirements

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
Genuine interest in software products and how people learn to use them.
Experience creating visual content (screenshots, diagrams, simple animations).
Familiarity with data analysis software (JMP experience not required).
Strong writing and organizational skills.
Comfort working with feedback from sales teams and customers.
Willingness to learn JMP Scripting Language (JSL) basics.
You're an undergraduate enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating before December 2026.
To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.

Nice To Haves

Preferred areas of study: Marketing, Communications, MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Organize and document sample JMP Live reports in our example company, Helios, improving demos for clarity and impact.
Help manage the product screenshots and animations process, building and curating a strong library to be used across sales and marketing materials.
Analyze 2025 sales feedback to identify and fix friction points in the JMP Live adoption process.
Support other product marketing projects as needed.
