About The Position

About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 05 The Team As a Product Manager Analyst within the WSO Product Team, you will collaborate with a global team of product analysts, engineers, and designers. Your primary focus will be on enhancing and modernizing the WSO Product Suite, specifically catering to the evolving marketplace for syndicated and private credit systems. This role offers the opportunity to identify and define problems, take ownership of solutions, and tackle complex challenges from both qualitative and quantitative perspectives. Requirements

  • Have or be working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
  • This program is aimed at students with 0-6 months relevant work experience.
  • Very strong Excel skills and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help Product Owners document functional requirements using client interviews, internal stakeholder feedback, requirements workshops, surveys, market research, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
  • Conduct targeted research by leveraging online resources, industry publications, and data analysis to gather and synthesize insights relevant to the Syndicated Loan and Agency systems space.
  • Design compelling visuals and presentations and contribute to report creation using contemporary tools.
  • Contribute to agile development processes and collaborate with Engineering, QA, and User Experience teams to maximize business impact.
