JEWELRY/SALES VP
About The Position
The Jewelry/Sales VP is responsible for the overall execution of the division's operations across all departments. This role involves managing the financial performance of regional retail stores to ensure objectives are met. The VP will direct and coordinate the effective operations of all departments within Fred Meyer Jewelers. A key aspect of the role is to champion and lead strategic change initiatives aimed at improving efficiencies. The VP will also partner with corporate leaders to establish a distinct competitive advantage and strengthen the company's standing in the jewelry retail sector. Furthermore, the individual is expected to embody and demonstrate the company's core values, which include respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
