About The Position

The Jetter Operator is responsible in directing the operation of the Jetter Truck.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating high-pressure jetting equipment to clean, maintain, and inspect pipes and drainage systems.

Requirements

• Valid State Driver License with clean driving record; CDL preferred
• Previous experience as a Jetting Operator or in a similar role.
• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
• Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Knowledge of basic underground utilities
• Skilled in Operating heavy equipment and machines proficiently and safely
• Ability to use time and equipment to complete projects on time
• Mapping and Print Reading
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with jetting equipment
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure jetting equipment to clean pipes, sewers, and drainage systems.
• Operate Jetter truck and equipment in a safe and professional manner
• Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures for Jetter Operation
• Inspect and maintain jetting equipment to ensure optional performance and safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during operations
• Perform Pre and post trip inspections, as well as routine Maintence
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisor, and clients
• Complete all required paperwork properly and within set time lines
• Assist with other related tasks as needed
