About The Position

BryceTech is currently looking for a JETT Program Analytics Specialist. This position will be supporting Capability Program Executive Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND) which manages our Nation’s investments in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) defense equipment and medical countermeasures (MCMs). The Person in this role will require: Experience providing guidance and recommendations on industry engagements to understand what commercial solutions can be aligned to CBRND gaps. Extensive experience managing and modernizing a digital engagement tool to monitor new technologies, changes in the commercial technical landscape, and support strategic communications between the Government, Industry and Academia. Extensive background in the chemical and biological defense program with past experience in CBRN strategy, operations planning and leadership is required. Must have a wide range of government and commercial DoD experience including extensive experience with Army acquisition programs.

Requirements

• Must be able to provide candidates with a minimum 10 years of experience in conducting Industry Outreach, Commercial marketing, and/or Data Management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, science or business.
• Top Secret Clearance
• Experience providing guidance and recommendations on industry engagements to understand what commercial solutions can be aligned to CBRND gaps.
• Extensive experience managing and modernizing a digital engagement tool to monitor new technologies, changes in the commercial technical landscape, and support strategic communications between the Government, Industry and Academia.

Responsibilities

• Shall support the implementation and operational sustainment of the JETT, ensuring its functionality and assisting with user engagement efforts.
• Contribute technical expertise to collaboration activities with industry and assist in enterprise wide acquisition and development initiatives under government direction.
• Support the development, implementation, and refinement of outreach processes and tools for engaging non-traditional partners under a contracted framework.
• Assist JPEO-CBRND in analyzing and integrating findings— such as innovative practices, reusable tools, and partnership opportunities—across applicable technologies to enhance mission alignment and operational effectiveness.
• Support the organization and management of stakeholder forums, assist in refining engagement processes (e.g., industry days), and contribute to the vetting and distribution of data from JETT under government direction.
• Facilitate collaboration efforts to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including government, academia, and industry—in alignment with JPEO-CBRND objectives.
• Support the execution and management of communication efforts under a contracted agreement to promote the use of JETT within and outside of JPEO CBRND.
• Assist in implementing strategies to streamline request processes and facilitate industry engagement, in coordination with government leads.
