About The Position

Athletes Global Dance Camp is looking for fun, enthusiastic jazz instructors who has a background teaching Jazz to youths. The program for Jazz is held at the Town of Fairfield, CT Parks & Recreation, 100 Mona Terrace, Bigelow Center for Senior Activities, from 5/20/26 - 6/24/26 on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM for ages 8-12. Our program implements educational, leadership, mentoring, and nutritional education to students daily. Our Hip Hop program focuses on fun modern hip hop movements with a vivacious urban feel. Our hip hop camp will focus on rhythm and musicality, how to "find", count music and dance in with a team. Different styles of hip-hop dance will be combined with fun choreography. The Hip Hop program is also held at the Town of Fairfield, CT Parks & Recreation, 100 Mona Terrace, Bigelow Center for Senior Activities, from 5/20/26 - 6/24/26 on Wednesdays from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM for ages 8-12. Requirements

• Background teaching Jazz to youths
• 1 to 3 years of experience instructing Hip Hop
• Ability to commute to 100 Mona Terrace. Fairfield, CT 06824
• Ability to commit to the entire program (5/20/26 - 6/24/26, Wednesdays 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
• 1 year of Hip Hop Dance experience
• 3 years of dance experience

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Teaching Dance experience
