We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking a Lead Senior Systems Administrator. This role supports a Navy customer in Jacksonville, FL. Job Description and Responsibilities: Senior SA to take ownership of the IT helpdesk workflow and serve as a point of contact for government tasking. The candidate must be comfortable taking direct orders from the client and translating them into action items for the contractor staff. Priority 1: Workflow Management & Government Liaison Must be capable of working directly with the Government Work Leader on projects, staffing, and strict timelines. Manage Helpdesk Ticket Flow: The candidate must actively manage the ticket load, assign specific tasks to a team of system admins, and enforce accountability. Must generate and present status reports to government leadership regarding ticket metrics and system uptime. Priority 2: Technical Execution & Compliance Environment: DON DoDIN attached network. Systems: Windows Servers 2022(host, vm, application, SQL, IIS, ECM, PDQ), Windows 11 engineering systems, IOT systems(3D modeling, IOT, shop floor system in systems in support of NAVAIR Fleet Readiness Center). Cybersecurity: The Lead is responsible for reducing operational risk. This includes supporting ATO(s), STIG, SCAP, SSP, and ensuring readiness for inspections. Automation: Patching/Packaging: Ownership of WSUS, PDQ, and Microsoft ECM. Auditing: Use Event Sentry for logging and auditing. Windows Event Forwarding. Priority 3: Documentation Must create and enforce the maintenance of SOPs, Knowledge Articles, and SSP STIG documentation

Requirements

  • High school Diploma, CSWF acceptable cert (CCSP; CISSP; CCNP Security; CompTIA SecurityX (formerly CASP+); FITSP-O; GIAC GFACT, and 7+ years of relevant experience OR Masters or PHD in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering
  • Security Clearance: Top Secret (must be a US Citizen)
  • Must be capable of working directly with the Government Work Leader on projects, staffing, and strict timelines.
