GovCIO is seeking a Java Developer to support the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) in upgrading and transitioning application infrastructure to the Azure Cloud. The role involves implementing critical system upgrades, including FileNet, and integrating new document management technologies such as IBM DataCap. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, FileNet, and be adept with Agile and DevOps methodologies, particularly with Oracle 19c DB and WebLogic 14c R2.
