  • Design and develop enhancements and future systems in Java/JavaScript.
  • Maintain and fix bugs in current systems, including new development and resolution of legacy application issues.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Managers, Systems Administrators, and other IT teams to ensure system compatibility and resolve issues.
  • Engage with individual developers to verify adherence to architecture and best practices in development.
  • Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability to current systems.
  • Attend training classes and complete EDI training and initiatives.
  • Three years of professional experience in Java software development or a combination of education and experience equaling three years.
  • Demonstrated ability to write quality clean Java/JavaScript code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience with Java Development at the Enterprise level.
  • Experience with Java Spring Boot.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
  • Relational database experience, not SQL.
  • Experience with JSF and version control systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Lean and DevOps environments.
