SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Coordinates the cleaning of contracts. Essential Functions (Job Duties) Supervises cleaning of assigned accounts using proper commercial practices meeting the requirements of the contract. Bathrooms – all fixtures will be sanitized and free of dirt. Offices – must be vacuumed and dusted to ensure a clean appearance. Main areas – are to be cleaned to maintain a clean and positive environment. Floors – carpets will be vacuumed, tile floors swept and mopped, and floors with finishes maintained. Supervise crew of consumers for the purpose of cleaning janitorial accounts. Complete all paperwork to include timesheets, cleaning checklists, supply disbursement and vehicle logs. Maintain an inventory of materials and supplies To keep record of products used in assigned contracts. Order on a timely basis product or supplies needed to perform daily work assignments. Maintain equipment in proper working order. To perform or have performed routine maintenance on all janitorial equipment. Disposal of account refuse. Refuse must be collected daily and disposed of in a safe and approved manner, in accordance with agency and commercial policy. Communication. Communicate to Clean Sweep Manager, either verbally or in writing, information or observations which will impede his/her in completing his/her assignment. Maintain a safe work environment for janitorial crews To maintain work area to be in compliance with OSHA and safe janitorial practices.
