Janitorial Supervisor
About The Position
We have a full-time, day shift, working Supervisor position in Charleston, WV. The position schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Pay rate is $15.00/hour. Cleaning= 60% Inspections= 20% Staff Management and Training= 20% Position Summary - The Supervisor is responsible for staff management, routine cleaning, and budgetary concerns. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities, who are otherwise qualified, to perform the essential functions. Essential Functions Plans and oversees all custodial work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Must get along well with others and deal effectively with clients, managers, subordinates and site visitors. Cleans assigned account and fills in for absent cleaners. Additional duties as assigned pertaining to specific site or projects.
Requirements
- Completion of a standard high school or trade school course or equivalent combination of experience and training required.
- Must have knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors.
