Requirements
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Steel toe boots required
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
- Some Saturdays are required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff during assigned shift
- Ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards
- Train new employees on procedures and expectations
- Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity
- Communicate with management regarding staffing or site needs
- Complete basic reports and checklists
- Ensure supplies and equipment are used properly
