About The Position

Environment Control is hiring a full-time evening/night supervisor for the Lewiston area! The responsibilities of this position include supervision, training, and inspecting the work of 10+ employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, daily travel in your own vehicle, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, coverage for basic janitorial duties as needed, and a strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The position requires regular occasional travel to our main office in the Spokane Valley as needed with your own vehicle. Are you: A team player, ensuring all nightly jobs are completed. Master Environment Control's long-standing proce4sses, procedures, and knowledge of our policies and best practices. Train new hires, ensuring all employees are trained properly and area aware of company policies. Effective manage labor. Effectively handle customer issues and resolve problems. The quality of service determines the security of each customer. Complete all formal inspection reports in a professional manner. Communicate all hiring needs. Utilize own smartphone to access electronic ticketing system to address customers and assign nightly duties. Ensure all cleaning in the assigned area is completed, including covering cleaning duties as needed. Attend all company meetings. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Must have 1 year of management experience
  • Must have valid driver's license and own vehicle due to the nature of the position
  • Must have working smart phone due to the nature of the position
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally with an ability to problem-solve independently
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing physical tasks such as bending, walking, and general movement
  • Able to read and follow simple instructions in English (Intermediate - Level 2)
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S - no visa sponsorship available
